Welcome Desk Hours 
The Welcome Desk will be open daily at the JW Marriott at the following times:

Thursday March 12 - 11am - 7pm (closed for dinner 5pm - 6pm)

Friday March 13 - 11am - 4pm(at JW Marriott) & 6pm - 8:30pm(at Civic Theater)

Saturday March 14 - 6pm - 8:30pm (at Civic Theater)

The Welcome Desk Is Located outside the 3rd Floor Ballroom at the JW Marriott .

ALL VIP and Platinum Guests should check in and pickup their VIP / Platinum Laminates at the Welcome Desk.

GOLD Package Holders will be able to pickup their Laminates at 6:00pm at the Civic Theater, the site of our Main Concerts, on Friday & Saturday, OR stop by the Welcome Desk on Thursday.
